Our Chef will prepare fresh daily a smorgasbord breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, delightful lunches and sumptuous 3 course evening meals using the freshest ingredients and locally grown fruits and vegetables to bring guests an international menu with a distinctive tropical twist. We can also cater for any dietry requirement.
Day 1
Complimentary champagne and nibbles platter on arrival.
Evening Meal
Entree - Gatuau of Zuchinni and a spiced Capsicum jam with pan seared prawns with a lemon cream sauce.
Main Course - Baked Coral Trout on fondant potato’s with creamed leek. Tomato compote and lemon Verde.
Dessert - Chocolate and star anise tart with a cinnamon sabyon and Berry Sorbet.
Day 2

Entree - Caramalised Pear candied walnut and Spinach salad with a Blue Cheese, Sweet Chili and Citrus Dressing.
Main Course - Individual Beef Wellingtons with a potato and thyme gratin, braised cabbage and steamed greens finished off with a rich red wine. Both served with a vegetable medley & sweet potato
Dessert - Apple Crumble with Ice cream and raspberry sauce.

Dessert - White chocolate and strawberry mouse.
