Pacific Sunrise Sample Menu
Our Chef will prepare fresh daily a smorgasbord breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, delightful lunches and sumptuous 3 course evening meals using the freshest ingredients and locally grown fruits and vegetables to bring guests an international menu with a distinctive tropical twist. We can also cater for any dietry requirement.

Complimentary champagne and antipasto platter on arrival.

Appetiser - cheese and fruit platter
Entree - half/half soup of pumpkin, leek and potato with garlic breads
Main Course - choice of peppered eye fillet steak or stuffed chicken breast grilled both served with kipfler potato, bok choy and green beans
Dessert - berries zabaglione with port wine sabayan
